Sa sala (The eating room)

It is the large room that today guests the eating room, and it was in origin a smith laboratory. When it was than enclosed in the rest of the house, the room was divided in three separate rooms, hiding also the splendid trussed ceiling which has been today rediscovered.

In a corner a nice fire place warms the ambient ant creates a causy atmosphere. At the other side, a large screen shows imagines of today’s and yesterday’s Sardinia, as if it was a big painting with moving images.

A painted “greek line” decoration that rapresents the zodiacal signs in the style of the Sardinian tapestry, surrounds the room.
